Renegade Generation’s Age Assessment Diagnostic Tool© provides an independent and rigorous evidence-based framework for your organisation to assess where you are on your age equality journey and what progress you are making towards building an age inclusive workforce. The tool uses age-related data and insights across 10 key business areas to identify age inclusivity gaps and opportunities in order to improve outcomes for all ages of employees.
Completing the assessment enables your organisation to apply for certification as an age-friendly employer.
You may be struggling to attract and retain specific age groups in your business. You may be concerned about age bias and age stereotyping, or at the lack of age diversity in different areas of your organisation. You may already be doing some great work that has gone unnoticed, but which could be replicated elsewhere in the organisation. This Diagnostic Tool uncovers where, why, and how your organisation is doing well, and identifies areas that require additional focus. It provides a customised framework of best practice for your organisation to make improvements towards being an age-friendly employer.
What’s involved?
Renegade Generation’s Age Assessment Diagnostic Tool© consists of access to the licensed product, specialist advisory sessions, and a final summary report (suitable for your Senior Management Team/Board of Directors) of observations, business critical insights, and recommendations on how to improve and better your organisation’s approach to age equality. Your organisation will be scored against the 10 key business areas included in the framework.
The licensed Diagnostic Tool can be used multiple times at no further cost to benchmark your progress over time and compare your score, year on year.
From the outset your organisation will be given direct access to our dedicated Age-inclusion strategist, Jenny Barrow, and Renegade Generation Co-founder, Fiona Green. They will guide you through the methodology and assessment, concluding with a review workshop in which your organisation will be able to discuss your final report and action based roadmap, to confirm, or work towards certification as an age-friendly employer.
