‘Discover You’ Programme Terms & Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all clients and or participants or other entities (“you”) that are participating in any programme (“Programme”) organised by Renegade Generation Limited (“we” or “us”). Any Programme booked with Renegade Generation Limited shall be subject without exclusion, to the following Terms and Conditions. Please ensure you have read and understand the following.
In these Terms and Conditions the following definitions apply:
Renegade Generation Limited is the organisation responsible for arranging and managing all aspects of the programme including required pre-work, workshop facilitators, and materials as outlined in the programme description.
The Client is a person, a business, or an organisation who has paid and been accepted as a customer.
The Participants are the attendees on the programme arranged by Renegade Generation Limited. Participants are often the clients who paid for the service.
The Term is the term and conditions including the codes of conduct laid down by Renegade Generation Limited.
The Programme is the combination of pre-work, workshop and coaching sessions arranged by Renegade Generation that the client has made a booking.
The Venue is a place arranged (e.g. hired) by Renegade Generation Limited where workshops take place.
1) General
1.1) These terms supersede any prior verbal agreements. Any deviation from these terms must be agreed in writing.
1.2) Clients and participants must be 18 or older at the time of booking.
1.3) The confirmation email includes; receipt of your payment, your order number, and basic billing information. We will then prepare your pre-work pack and send you an email providing all pre-work details, information about the location of the venue, public transport information to the venue, and full programme timings. Closer to the workshop date we will ask you about any specific dietary and access requirements.
1.4) We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that a particular client or participant will achieve any particular level of competencies or success as a result of their participation.
1.5) We are not responsible for any out-of-pocket or expenses incurred by the clients or participants as a result of their attendance a programme.
1.6) We reserve the right to amend these terms by posting the amended version on the website, without prior warning, and at its sole discretion. Existing clients (and registered participants) will receive a copy of the amended terms if they are affected by the changes.

2) Payment
2.1) Registrations can be made via the form at https://www.renegadegeneration.com/discover-you-masterclass-registration. Payment details will be provided to participants once registration has been confirmed. A payment confirmation email will be sent once payment has been received.
2.2) The fee for attending the Programme (“Registration Fee”) will be as stated on the registration form for the relevant Programme from time to time. Prices are exclusive of VAT except where expressly stated otherwise. All payments for the Registration Fee must be made in full at the time of completing the registration form and in any event prior to the date of the workshop.
3) Programmes
3.1) The Programme fees include; administration, pre-workshop pack including 2 x online assessments, pre-workshop calls with programme leaders, full day interactive workshop, course materials, workshop refreshments, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and a post-workshop cocktail or mocktail, post-workshop one-to-one coaching call with programme leader, and personal introductions to extend your network where appropriate. It does not include transport, accommodation, other meals or personal expenses.
3.2) Programme bookings that are cancelled more than two months before the date of the workshop will be refunded with a deduction of 10% administration fee.
3.3) Cancellations between two months and a month before the date of the workshop will incur 50% cancellation charge.
3.4) No fees will be refunded if the cancellation is within a month before the date the Programme commences, or if the client (or participant) fails to attend the whole or any part of the Programme.
3.5) The client may only defer the Programme to an alternative session, within two months of such deferment. This is subject to availability, and at the sole discretion of Renegade Generation Limited.
3.6) An alternative participant may be substituted providing notification is given in writing, no later than three weeks before the start date of the Programme. We reserve the right to make changes or improvements to the Programme at any time without notice. People who have already purchased a place will be notified and if necessary will be refunded.
3.8) We reserve the right to cancel a Programme or change the date for aspects of the Programme (including phone calls, coaching sessions or workshops) for operational reasons at any time. The liability of us for such cancellations shall be limited to either a refund of the Programme fee or provision of a place on an alternative course.
4) Your Obligations
4.1) If you act in any way which in our opinion is likely to cause any harm or nuisance to any person at the workshop, you will be required to leave the workshop and we shall not be liable to refund your Registration Fee or any other payment.
4.2) Deal with other clients, participants and people who run the venue, in an honest and ethical manner.
4.3) Act respectfully and professionally at all times, to preserve the intellectual properties of Renegade Generation and those belonging to other parties involved in the event.
4.4) You must comply at all times with the health and safety policy of the venue. You must comply with all requests from us or the venue with regard to health and safety and failure to do so will result in you being asked to leave the workshop (in which case no refund will be provided). You may not bring any equipment or items of a hazardous or dangerous nature to the workshop.
4.5) You shall not cause any damage to any part of the venue (including outside areas, and all inside walls, flooring, fixtures and fittings). You are solely liable for any damage caused by you to any such area of the venue and shall fully reimburse us in relation to any damage so caused.
4.6) You must keep your personal belongings with you at all times and we accept no liability for any damage to, loss of or theft of any of your belongings or other items brought to the workshop by you.
4.7) Not harvest the personal data of other clients or participants for the purposes of resale or direct marketing, without their explicit prior consent.
4.8) Not actively promote ideas, services or products that are in conflict with standards and values of Renegade Generation or in competition with services and products offered by us.
5) Our Obligations
5.1) We will use the highest level of skill and care in the performance of the Programme as would be expected of an experienced and competent supplier of similar services.
5.2) We will cooperate and collaborate with the participants and or clients in its performance of the Programme.
5.3) We are not responsible for the performance of the third parties including the proprietors and the staff of the venues in use, or the other participants in the event.
6) Confidentiality
6.1) Each of the parties shall keep confidential all information concerning the business, finances, technology, affairs, clients, marketing plans:
(a) of the client and or participant;
(b) of the other party; and
(c) other information which is identified as such or is confidential by its nature (including but not limited to the terms of this Agreement),
(collectively, "Confidential Information").
The provisions of Clause 6.1 shall not apply to:
(d) information that has come into the public domain other than by breach of this clause or any other duty of confidence;
(e) information that is obtained from a third party without breach of this clause or any other duty of confidence;
(f) information that is required to be disclosed by law; or
(g) information that is disclosed to professional advisors for the purpose of obtaining professional advice (subject to obtaining a satisfactory commitment from that party in respect of confidentiality).
7) Data Protection
7.1) Renegade Generation Limited complies with the Data Protection Act 1998 and amendments thereafter.
7.2) Information supplied by the clients or the participants will be used solely by us and only in the conduct of business. Such data will not be passed to any other party without consent, except where required by law.
8) Limited Liability
8.1) We make no guarantees, representations or warranties of any kind or nature, express or implied with respect to the Programme. In no event shall we be liable to the participant/client for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Notwithstanding any damages that the participant/client may incur, our entire liability under this Agreement, and the participant's/client’s exclusive remedy shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the participant/client to us under these terms for all services rendered.
9) Photography and Filming
9.1) We may wish to photograph or film the workshop and reserve the right to do so for the purposes of promoting future workshops or otherwise. You consent to us (or any other person attending the workshop) photographing or filming you and any persons attending the workshop with you. You may not photograph or video the workshop without our prior consent.
10) Equality
10.1) Renegade Generation Limited is committed to equal opportunities for all colleagues, suppliers, clients, and customers. This means that all decisions are made based on merit and the legitimate business needs, and that we do not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, physical ability, age, or any other grounds referred to as "Protected Characteristics" under the laws of the UK. The intention is to practice and provide services that allow all stakeholders to fulfil their potentials without the shadow of disrespect, discrimination, harassment, or victimisation.
10.2) Disability, medical conditions and dietary requirements: If you have any disability or medical condition that requires us to make special arrangements for you or any special dietary requirements, please email us via caroline@renegadegeneration.com or fiona@renegadegeneration.com as soon as possible and in any workshop at least two weeks prior to the date of the workshop.
11) Limitations of Liability
11.1) Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken by us to ensure security and safety at the workshop, we shall not in any way be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you whatsoever in relation to the workshop, save that nothing in these Terms shall be deemed to limit the liability of any person for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
11.2) Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, any fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability for which it is unlawful to exclude or limit liability.
11.3) Our total liability for any matter arising out of the contract shall in all circumstances be limited to the price paid by you for the workshop and we shall not in any circumstances be liable to you for any consequential loss whatsoever.
